Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in providing comprehensive psychiatric care. You will perform psychiatric assessments, manage psychopharmacology, and collaborate with in-house therapists to deliver a holistic treatment plan.

Responsibilities include documentation, teamwork with psychotherapy providers, and offering interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred).
• Experience working in an outpatient setting (preferred).
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
