Job summary

Lourdes Health in Pasco, WA is seeking a Mental Health Aide to join the Adult Inpatient Unit (CTF) on a PRN, on-site basis. The role supports daily operations, inter-department communication, and documentation of clinical services.

You will work within a union facility with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/CNOR credentials as available; a high school diploma is required and an Associate degree is preferred. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field preferred.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must work in a stressful environment; certifications encouraged.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Education High School diploma required.
