How You'll Contribute
- Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Adult Inpatient Unit/CTF (Transitions Unit).
- Maintain and promote effective communication between unit and other departments.
- Document clinical services.
- Exhibits teamwork in providing services.
- Demonstrates professional accountability
- Implement measures that safeguard the welfare, care, health, and safety of the unit including patients, families and coworkers.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of the patients served.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum Education High School diploma required.
- Associates Degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field preferred Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
- Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with
