Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Registered PA or APRN license, or eligible for license, in state of Tennessee.
• AHA BLS CPR required.
• Two years’ clinical experience as APN/PA preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership to collaborate with health care teams.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories, examine, and treat patients; order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications and ancillary services as indicated.
• Provide patient education and work with supervising physician and other providers.
