Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team and deliver advanced behavioral health care.

You will provide psychiatric assessments, ongoing psychopharmacology, and interventional treatments like TMS and Spravato, with mentorship and education available.

We offer a $5,000 hiring incentive at this location and a competitive compensation range of $120,000 to $165,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.

Advanced Practice Providers work collaboratively across disciplines and appreciate the partnership of our in-house therapists who help to support their patients on their mental health journeys. We support the growth and development of these team members through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities. We believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. These treatment methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformation for their patients.

This role is eligible for a $5,000 hiring incentive at this location for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.

New Directions Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $120,000 – $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
