Job summary

Harmony is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Bethlehem, WV to provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and other clinicians, delivering interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato.

A strong background in outpatient behavioral health and lifespan care is preferred. Licensed in the state with required board certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required)
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred)
• Experience working in an outpatient setting (preferred)
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 – $155,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
