Columbia Mental Health in Towson, MD, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing psychopharmacological management within an outpatient behavioral health team. You will collaborate with therapists and clinicians to deliver comprehensive care.

Advanced Practice Providers work collaboratively across disciplines and appreciate the partnership of our in-house therapists who help to support their patients on their mental health journeys. We support the growth and development of these team members through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities. We believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. These treatment methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformation for their patients.

What You’ll Do:

Columbia Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $125,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
