Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health in Seattle, WA seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Transformations Care Network team. You will provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management, and work with mental health clinicians delivering psychotherapy services.

We value outpatient experience, board certification in the state, and PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board certified in the state where practice is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings and lifespan care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians delivering psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.

Advanced Practice Providers work collaboratively across disciplines and appreciate the partnership of our in-house therapists who help to support their patients on their mental health journeys. We support the growth and development of these team members through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities. We believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. These treatment methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformation for their patients.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato

About You:

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required)
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred)
• Experience working in an outpatient setting (preferred)
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan (preferred)

Lightheart Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
