Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one in-home and community support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will follow each client's ISP and promote daily living skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
