ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey, offering flexible hours and local cases. You will work one-on-one, following ISPs, to promote independence and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

We are a DDD-focused agency offering consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team that sets Direct Support Professionals up for success.

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Key Responsibilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation

• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP

• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team

• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
