Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

You will work one-on-one with individuals, following each person's ISP, and provide hands-on support to promote independence and community engagement.

The role offers flexible hours with local cases across New Jersey and a pay range of $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and case assignment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.
