Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring Behavioral Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services team in Adams County. This is a full-time, salaried clinical role with immediate licensure supervision and BCBA path options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SW, Counseling, Psychology, ABA, or Education.
• 1 year experience or completed Clinical Practicum/Internship.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or ASL is highly prioritized.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for community travel.
• Ability to obtain PA State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral consultant or mobile therapist services to children and families.
• Design and implement individualized behavior plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with schools and families to support student and family outcomes.
• Lead IBHS teams and supervise frontline staff as needed.
