Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This contracted position requires reliable transportation and experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.

Behavioral Consultants contracted with Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a contracted position, and we are intentionally building a network of independent clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and collaborative, team-based care. Behavioral Consultants at Achieve complete functional assessments, develop practical behavior support strategies, and work closely with families and support teams to improve quality of life. Services are delivered primarily in home and community-based settings, with a focus on real-world application and sustainable outcomes. Behavioral Consultants provide services under an Independent Contractor Agreement and are not employees of Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC. Achieve will not provide insurance coverage of any kind for the benefit of the Contractor, including but not limited to Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, or other insurance.
All costs associated with obtaining and maintaining requirements are the responsibility of the contractor.
