Job summary

ViaQuest Community Solutions (VCS) is seeking a Master’s-level Behavioral Consultant to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Danville, IN. The role offers PRN, part-time, or full-time scheduling with the potential for stable career growth and professional development.

You will join a respected behavioral support team with opportunities for collaboration, ongoing training, and career advancement in Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver landscape.

Qualifications

• Master’s level qualification required.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to manage PRN/part-time/full-time scheduling to meet program needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with IDD in home & community settings.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and adjust behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the agency’s systems and participate in ongoing training.

Education

Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field
