This remote contract role emphasizes skills-based coaching across routines, executive functioning, stress management, boundaries, habits, motivation, and life transitions.

The position offers flexible remote collaboration with a supportive team and opportunities to develop tools and processes for clients, including accountability planning

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, behavior change, health coaching, or related field.
• Strong structure + warmth: you can motivate without judgment.
• Familiarity with ADHD executive function strategies is a big plus
• Clear boundaries and comfort working within a non-clinical coaching scope

What you’ll do

• Skills-based coaching for: routines, executive functioning, stress management, boundaries, habits, motivation, life transitions
• Client check-ins, accountability planning, and personalized tools
• Coordinate with clinical team when appropriate (within coaching scope)

What we’re looking for

• Experience in coaching, behavior change, health coaching, or related field

Nice To Have:
