Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides to support K-12 students in Fairfield, CA. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and apply ABA methodologies to help students reach behavioral goals.

The role involves responding to crises with Pro-ACT or CPI techniques and collaborating with teachers and clinical staff. The position offers full-time hours during school days, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: Pro-ACT, CPI or CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree in related field may be required for BA III level.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
