Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides to support K-12 students with special needs in school settings. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and apply ABA techniques to reach behavior goals.

You will work with teachers and clinical staff, respond to crises, and document progress while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required for the role.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential for daily interactions.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP and BIP in classroom settings.
