Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy in Minnesota is hiring entry-level or experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality care to children. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours and extensive training to grow with the clinic.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $29 per hour, with performance-based bonuses up to $10,800, plus a holistic benefits package including a 401(k) match, disability and life insurance, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday - Friday from 7:45am - 4:30pm.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad about patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review/update behavior plans.
• Ensure interventions are applied ethically and confidentially with PHI.

In this role, BTs/RBTs are eligible for Bloomwell's long-term incentive program. Team members can earn performance-based bonuses totaling up to $10,800 in addition to their hourly pay and scheduled wage progression increases.

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles. Psychology degree helpful.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday - Friday from 7:45am -4:30pm.
• Experience and a passion for working with children! Prior experience in the following areas has proven to be successful for RBTs: Childcare Provider, Nanny, Daycare Teacher, Teachers Assistant, SpEd Teacher, Special Education, Summer Camp Counselor, Swim Teacher, Coach, Mental Health Technician, Pediatric Therapist, Pediatric Nurse, ABA Therapist, Behavior Therapist, degree in Psychology.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients by creating a sense of belonging and connection.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.
