Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, are willing to learn, and possess patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor. RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided as you begin.

• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices or approved systems.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
