Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy is looking for compassionate, energetic Behavior Therapists who already have experience working with children -- babysitters, camp counselors, daycare staff, paraprofessionals, tutors, special-education aides, coaches -- and want to turn that experience into a career.

What you'll do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, and community settings. Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, take session data, and build strong rapport with kids and families. Earn your RBT certification through our paid training program.

What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's preferred). Demonstrated experience working with children, especially in caregiving, education, or therapeutic settings. Reliable transportation. Strong communication skills. Comfort with structured curriculum and data collection.
