Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is seeking full-time Behavior Therapists / Autism Support Specialists to help children with autism thrive. No experience required; we provide Registered Behavior Technician training and one-on-one mentorship to help you grow.

Responsibilities include play-based learning, implementing behavior plans with empathy, maintaining session notes, and collaborating with the team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), willingness to drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
• Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in floor-based play.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
