Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a mission‑driven, supportive team. You will deliver evidence‑based behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision, document progress on an iPad, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.

In this position, BT/RBT’s will be eligible to participate in Bloomwell’s long-term incentive plan. In total, teammates have the opportunity to earn up to$10,800 in bonus , in addition to hourly at each progression wage increases.

What We Are Looking For:

What You Need:

• Not Required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles
• Full‑Time Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm
• Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs

$20 - $29 an hour
