HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide ABA therapy services in both clinic-based and in-home settings throughout Norfolk, VA and surrounding communities.

This is a flexible opportunity with part-time and full-time availability, offering hands‑on clinical experience, professional development, and strong supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Role Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services in both clinic and home environments under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using structured teaching and positive reinforcement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
