Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, 1-1 behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible part-time, evening, and afternoon hours and pays competitively.

You will work with children aged 2–15, collect progress data, and train families in implementing individualized treatment plans. Training is provided and teamwork is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to engage children.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
