Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA therapy for children from birth to 21 years. You will work under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting families in implementing individualized plans.

Roles offer flexible part-time/evening hours with paid training, a team-oriented environment, and the chance to positively impact families affected by autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience working with children preferred.
  • Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to assigned work locations and HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
  • Assist families in implementing individualized treatment plans and train them as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
  • Assist with physically engaging activities appropriate for children aged 2–15 years.
  • Follow BCBA/LBA guidance and schedules (Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, some weekends).

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
  • Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
  • Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
  • Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
  • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
  • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
  • Comp $19-$27 per hour
