Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals through evidence-based ABA practices. You will deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations, collaborating with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrates patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor.
