Heartland Behavior is seeking individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will join a clinical team, implement care plans, and record data using electronic devices.

No prior experience is required and paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering flexibility and valuable real-world experience in psychology and education.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
