Job summary

CBSupports in The Bronx, NY is hiring an Entry-Level ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience needed, and you will receive comprehensive training, flexible hours, and a clear path to advancement.

You’ll work with families, record session data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to support independence and positive behavior. A 40-hour RBT course is required, and candidates should commit to at least six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
