Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication for children.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes documenting intervention progress.
• Support children's development in communication, social interaction, and school readiness.
