Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

Qualifying candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort with children, ability to perform physical tasks, and strong communication with families.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $20.84 USD - $22.11 USD
