Adventures With Autism is a clinic in Salem offering center-based ABA services for children aged 18 months to 13 years. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support delivered in a stable, supervised setting.

We provide a predictable Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM with supervision from experienced staff. Entry-level candidates can join and receive full training, with a focus on growth and collaboration in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open to learning and growing within the field of progressive ABA.
• Compassionate, reliable, and highly collaborative.
• Active RBT certification or background in Psychology/Human Services is a major plus, but we will fully train the right entry-level candidates.
