Job summary

Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in the Boise, ID area under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, recording data, and following individualized intervention plans while meeting supervision requirements and participating in team trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Completion of the 40-hour Behavior Technician training.
• Active CPR certification preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training required; active RBT certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Pay: $18–$25 per hour

About The Role

Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Boise, ID. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions

What You'll Need

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
