Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA therapy in client homes and local sites. Earn while helping kids build real-life skills, with paid on-the-job training and progression opportunities.

We offer paid RBT training, a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, mileage reimbursement and a 401(k) match, plus PTO earned for hours worked. Flexible, part-time shifts Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, 12:00pm–7:00pm, 3:00pm–7:00pm or 4:00pm–7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and support ABA therapy
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living and social skills
• Move and assist with activities as needed

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs.

Must have one of these availabilities Monday - Friday: 9:00am-6pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm, or 4:00pm-7:00pm.

• $18.50 - $23.00 / hour
• Increase for RBT certification
• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!
