Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for ASD and TBI. Afternoon and evening availability is required. You will work 1:1 in-home under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting communication and daily living skills while maintaining a safe environment. Scheduling varies by caseload and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).

Afternoon and evening availability is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required)
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

Pay & Perks:

• Onboarding Incentive Available.
• COVID Pay: +$3.20/hour.
• Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.
• Paid training provided (no ABA experience required).

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in ABA, education, healthcare, or caregiving.
