Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM (In-home)

About the Role

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in McEwen, TN. In this position, you will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily living skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in‑person ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend team meetings and required training sessions
