Job summary

Applied ABC in Queens, NY is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and participate in ongoing ABA training.

This role requires weekday and some weekend availability, with cases in the afternoon (3–8pm). Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience or are pursuing a related degree, and hold a BA or equivalent education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Willingness to work in-home with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
