Boundless ABA in Roanoke, VA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support BCBA-led therapy. This on-site role offers afternoon hours 3-5 days per week and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

You must be 18+, hold a High School Diploma or higher, and obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data on client progress and document observations.
• Support BCBA supervision and collaboration to aid treatment planning.
• Observe and record behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Assist in development of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and participate in ongoing training.

What You’ll Do

This is an on-site role for a part time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) located in Roanoke, VA. This is a part time position for afternoons, 3-5 days per week. The Behavioral Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support behavioral therapy. Daily tasks include observing and recording behavior, reinforcing positive behaviors, and assisting in the development of individualized treatment plans. Additional tasks include maintaining regular communication with supervisors and participating in ongoing training and development sessions, cleaning up after sessions are completed, and assisting with creating materials for use in sessions.
