Job summary

Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, applying ABA therapy to build communication, confidence, and independence. Paid training provided, ongoing support from a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Full-time and part-time roles available with PTO and benefits; RBT credentialing may be required in some states. Candidates must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• RBT certification may be required in some states.
• State-specific RBT requirements apply (Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina; others vary).

Responsibilities
