ABA Centers of Florida in Orlando, FL is hiring for Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Starting rates are $21.40/hr for RBT and $19.35/hr for BT, with final compensation based on experience and education.

The role supports direct ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence, including exam prep for the RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency in care
• Support organizational and clinical operations as required
