Job summary

Able Minds ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Maryland to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to foster a positive learning environment.

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
