Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our California team and design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This part-time role offers a clear pay range, fully paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing evidence-based behavior strategies under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; HS diploma or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA collaboration.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
