Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking a caring Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings in New Jersey. No prior experience is required, and opportunities include part-time roles with flexible schedules.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, collect session data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to promote independence and positive behaviors. Training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish (preferred).
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
