Job summary

ABA360 seeks an entry-level Behavior Technician in New Jersey to join its clinical team. No prior experience required; the position offers part-time hours, typically after school, with opportunities to gain hands-on ABA experience in home or community settings.

You will support clients with Autism using evidence-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and providers to improve outcomes. Training opportunities are available through our BK Academy program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
