Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in Huntington Beach, CA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect data, and participate in ongoing training, with weekday and weekend availability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervising staff and direct family engagement to support children's progress in home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or current pursuit of relevant education.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques

• Regular communication with supervisory staff

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Schedule: Cases available in the morning and afternoon Monday to Friday and weekends (Home Service)
