Momentum Behavior Services in Rochester, MN seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and youth with autism in home, clinic, or school settings. Pay is $22/hour with full-time and part-time shifts Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM windows, and comprehensive benefits.

Training is provided and certification support is offered. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

No experience required - we'll help you get certified!
This position requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean motor vehicle record.

Behavior Technician – Help Kids with Autism! Job – Rochester, MN

We welcome people with backgrounds of all levels, including teachers, paraprofessionals, coaches, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, CNAs, camp counselors, retail and hospitality employees, or anyone who has supported a child or family member with autism. We provide all training — you bring the heart.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day.

Pay: $22 / hour

Shifts Available (Monday–Friday)

Full-Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Part-Time:
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Candidates must be available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability during this window is required; however, scheduled shifts may vary in length and are based on client needs.
