Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) in Austin, MN. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in in-home, clinic, or school settings, helping them develop new skills and independence.

Qualifications

No experience required – we’ll help you get certified.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean motor vehicle record.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
RBTs welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare preferred.
Must be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities as needed.

Responsibilities

Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to teach new skills, promote independence, and reduce challenging behavior.
Collect and track progress data using our technology.
Collaborate with BCBAs and the team to celebrate progress and solve challenges.
Continue learning through ongoing training and professional development.

We provide all training — you bring the heart.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day.

Pay: $22 / hour

Shifts Available (Monday-Friday)

Full-Time
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Candidates must be available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability during this window is required; however, scheduled shifts may vary in length and are based on client needs.
Part-Time
- 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
