Job summary

Hopebridge in Evansville, IN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism, fostering skill development and functional communication in a caring clinical setting.

You will work weekdays, partner with BCBAs, review plans, complete daily notes, and celebrate progress with families. Training is paid; opportunities for development and relocation are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate victories and milestones with kids and families.
