ABA360 in Whippany, NJ, seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings after school hours. No prior experience is required, and you will join a clinical team to support independence and positive behavior.

You will record session data, collaborate with families, work toward RBT certification through BK Academy, and benefit from after-school scheduling with growth opportunities and same-day pay options.

• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
