Job summary

Mosaictherapy in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks compassionate therapists to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement evidence‑based treatment plans, teaching social, communication and life skills, while collaborating with top clinical staff to advance your career in healthcare, behavioral health or education.

We offer paid training to become an RBT, ongoing feedback, and regular wage increases, with a welcoming clinic space and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work with children with autism.
• Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support
