Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians in the Mesa, AZ area to design and deliver care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role offers a pathway to BCBA advancement and a strong, collaborative team environment.

You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implement evidence-based strategies, document progress, and partner with families to create supportive home and school settings. Training is provided, with growth opportunities across clinical and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Willingness to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
