Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy across client settings in Rhode Island. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing training and certification pursuit.

Qualifications

• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance may be required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings as needed.
• Support clients in learning communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and track progress.
• Document session data accurately and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
